Green Apple Cottage Custom Home Design

This custom home designed by our team at Attainable FORM features classic English cottage design elements. The owners gave this home a softer edge by incorporating painted brick and board & batten materials. The interior design accommodated a growing family with a centralized kitchen and large keeping area. Finishes included concrete floors, painted millwork, exposed joists, and raw cypress beams. The homeowners' love for gardening took advantage of a kitchen garden spanning the house's length on the south side. Living spaces are located on the north shaded side of the house to help with energy efficiency. The exterior entertaining area features a 20' high ceiling, and positioning on the house shades it from the afternoon sun.
