Construction Style - Plan Review Consultation Services with a Professional Interior Designer
If you are in the process of designing a new home or expanding your existing home now is the perfect time to start thinking about your interiors. With our Construction Style Package, we will review your plans from a high-level design perspective and make comments to enhance your design. We can help you with finishes and suggest those unique architectural details that will improve the functionality of your home.
These services are based on the construction area square foot (SF) number. The cost for these services is 1$ per SF of the construction area in increments of 250sf. So take your floor plan and divided it into 250 and use that as your quantity number.
Our services will provide the following:
Provide us with mid-point construction drawings for review. We will make suggestions on finishes, millwork, architectural details, lighting placement and any other infrastructure items that we feel may affect your final design outcome.
Based on your final plans if there were any major alterations to the design we will review the altered areas once more and provide any feedback similar to the mid-point construction drawing review.
